By applying for membership in the Evanston Property Owners Association and providing my mailing address, e-mail address, telephone numbers, and fax number, I hereby consent to receive communications sent by or on behalf of the Evanston Property Owners Association and its affiliate the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors via regular mail, e-mail, telephone or fax.  I understand the EPOA and NSBAR will not share my address, e-mail, telephone, or fax number with other organizations but will share them with other EPOA and NSBAR members.

 The appropriate Annual Membership Fee must accompany application.  Membership will take affect upon receipt of application and funds for membership.
